About RSSB Patwari

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), formerly known as RSMSSB, conducts the Patwari examination to recruit village-level revenue officers in the Revenue Department of Rajasthan. Patwaris maintain land records, process mutations, assist in land acquisition, and conduct Girdawari (crop inspection) in their assigned villages.

The 2025 RSSB Patwari examination consisted of 150 objective MCQ questions carrying 2 marks each (300 total marks) with −0.67 negative marking per wrong answer, completed in 3 hours. The syllabus covers Rajasthan History, Culture, Geography, Rajasthan Revenue Laws, General Knowledge, Arithmetic, Reasoning, and Hindi Language.
